Designed for teachers by a teacher, this add on for Google Slides and Sheets makes it easy to create assignments and automatically grade them by the folder load. Your gradebook will literally write itself.
Sets each image on the active slide to the background of its own new slide.

When activated, the 'create response boxes' switch will insert response boxes onto the active slide for each pre-locked textbox.
Removes all pre-locked page elements from the active slide.
This feature requires authorization to connect to an external service in order to retrieve the image of the slide.
Inserts a pre-formatted textbox onto the active slide containing the alt text title 'response'.
Response boxes are scored according to the content of the textbox.
Inserts a pre-formatted shape onto the active slide containing the alt text title 'position'.
Position shapes are scored according to the shapes position on the slide.
Creates a Sheets file answer key that is named according to the active presentation and then moved to the same folder.
The answer key will be populated by the response box contents and the position shape coordinates.
Possible correct responses can be separated by a semicolon.
An invisible textbox containing the answer key id will be inserted onto the first slide.
All response box text will be cleared.
After the position shapes are manually moved a starting position, the assignment will be ready to be copied to students through Google Classroom.
This feature requires authorization to see, edit, create, and delete all your Google Drive Files and Google Sheets spreadsheets.
Compares the contents of the active slides response boxes and position shape coordinates with the contents of the answer key for the active slide only.
Any response box text that is not included in the answer key, and any position shapes that are not close to the coordinates listed on the answer key will be filled red.
A score will be calculated using the number of correct items and the number of items listed on the answer key.
The score will be posted as an approximate percentage in the top left corner of the first slide of the active presentation.
Checks all student responses from a folder selected by using the Google Picker file selector (Google Classroom automatically creates a folder in your Google Drive for every assignment that is copied to all students that is populated with each student's copy of the assignment.)
Scores are marked on all slides assignments in the selected folder.
Scores are recorded onto the active Sheet.
If a folder is run for scores that are already on the active Sheet, the Sheet will be updated with the highest score.
This feature requires authorization to see, edit, create, and delete all your Google Slides Presentations.
Removes the approximate score textbox from all Slides files in a slected folder.
Sets the fill for all response boxes and position shapes to light blue for all Slides files in a slected folder.
This feature will not change the score on the active Sheet.
